Here at Marble Cake Company my cakes are freshly prepared to order from scratch with local sourced produce like free range eggs, milk and butter, all come from the local farms. I also make homemade fillings such as fruit curds, jams, caramel and nut praline

 

All my iced cakes are coated with Belgian dark or white chocolate ganache and finished with the finest Swiss fondant.

Classic light vanilla sponge infused with homemade vanilla syrup filled with raspberry jam and layered with silky vanilla bean buttercream.

Chocolate Salted Caramel Hazelnut 

Rich and moist chocolate sponge  infused with homemade chocolate base syrup, filled with salted caramel and layered with chocolate buttercream and hazelnut praline. 

 

Red Velvet

Deep red vanilla sponge with a light taste of salted chocolate infused with homemade vanilla syrup and layered with silky vanilla bean buttercream. 

Lemon Poppy seeds

Light and zesty lemon and poppy seeds sponge infused with homemade lemon syrup filled with tangy homemade lemon curd and silky vanilla bean buttercream. 

Salted Caramel

Soft caramel sponge infused with homemade vanilla bean syrup filled with salted caramel sauce and layered with silky caramel buttercream.

Almond and Cherry 

Almond sponge infused with homemade cherry syrup and layered cherry compote and silky vanilla buttercream.

Light Prosecco sponge infused with homemade Prosecco syrup filled with tart homemade rhubarb jam and silky elderflower buttercream. 

White Chocolate, Raspberry

White chocolate sponge infused with white chocolate base homemade syrup filled with raspberry conserve and fresh raspberries and layered with silky white chocolate buttercream.

Coconut Passionfruit Black Sesame Seeds

Soft and light coconut sponge infused with coconut syrup and filled with homemade passionfruit curd and black sesame praline buttercream.

Carrot Orange Walnuts

Spiced carrot, orange and chunky walnut sponge filled with thin layer of orange marmalade and layered with silky vanilla buttercream. 

Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Raspberry 

Intensely rich chocolate sponge layered with whipped hazelnut ganache, raspberry jam and silky raspberry buttercream. 

Coffee Cardamon Pistachio

Rich and spiced coffee and cardamon sponge infused with homemade coffee syrup and layered with pistachio praline and silky coffee (or vanilla)  buttercream.
