  • I normally suggest to get in touch and check my availability as soon as you book your venue. You might not be sure of the style and design of your wedding cake at that stage. • Unfortunately, I do not offer cakes suitable for special diets. All my cakes contain wheat, eggs and gluten.

I also have nuts in my kitchen and cannot guarantee cross contamination if you have a nut allergy.

  • I always recommend using organic edible flowers for decoration of your cake. My prefered fresh flower supplier is Maddock Farm Organics, is the only edible flowers specialist that has an organic licence. I only use Maddock Farm Organics to ensure that all the flowers are safe to be in contact with your cake.

Many clients however prefer their florist to supply flowers for the cake. As some flowers are not suitable for use on cakes, it is your responsibility to ensure that the flowers you choose are safe to come into contact with food. I am not responsible for any contamination caused to the cake due to the use of your own flowers.

  • All cakes are baked just before delivery/collection day to ensure quality and freshness and should be consumed within 48 hours.

I advise to store your cake in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. Please do not place the cake in the refrigerator, as the humidity and condensation will damage cake's sugar work.
