Here at Marble Cake Company our cakes are freshly prepared to order from scratch with local sourced produce. Trial and error have led to forging relationship with local farmers and producers. Free range eggs, milk and butter are all come from the local farms. We also use only the best quality fillings such as lemon curd, raspberry conserve and caramel sauce.
All our iced cakes are coated with Belgian dark or white chocolate ganache and with the finest Swiss fondant.
