HOW WE WILL WORK TOGETHER TO CREATE YOUR WEDDING CAKE

STEP 01

If after browsing my website and liking my style of cakes, you feel that I am the wedding cake designer you were looking for, please send me the enquiry form and tell me the details about your theme, styling, and colours for your wedding. 

I will get back to you as quickly as I can to let you know my availability for your event. 

STEP 02

Great news! I am available on your wedding day. Now it's time for us to meet each other and talk about you and your wedding. I will schedule an online Zoom meeting at the most convenient time for both of us. It's a good idea to send me some wedding cake inspiration images or Pinterest mood board before our consultation.

STEP 03

​After our initial consultation I will be able to give you an estimate quote for your wedding cake. You are happy with everything and wish to go ahead. Amazing, I am so excited! To secure your date in my diary, and prevent from any other bookings, I require a non-refundable deposit of £100. At this stage I will also be sending my Terms & Conditions for you to read and sign, as it will be a legal agreement between us.

STEP 04

​As soon as the deposit payment is received, I will be sending you some of my cakes to taste at the comfort of your home. The cake taster box includes 6 of my most popular flavours. Alternatively, if you prefer to try my cakes before committing and paying a deposit, you may buy the cake taster box separately, the cost of it is £50 including next day delivery. Although I cannot hold the date for you until the deposit is paid.

STEP 05

​Now is the most exciting part of the process - your dream wedding cake designing! It is very much a collaboration process as we will be sharing our ideas to create a cake that's unique and personal to you and your love story. To envisage your cake better I will be making a digital sketch for you, which we will change and alter until you are 100% happy with the final design. Once the cake design is complete and you've chosen the flavours, you may choose different flavours for each cake tier, you now can relax knowing that your wedding cake in safe hands!

STEP 06

​I will get in touch with you about 4-6 week prior to your wedding day, just to see how are your plans are coming along. We will briefly touch bases on the wedding cake design to make sure that nothing changed. The final balance is also due at this point, kindly settle it in time to avoid awkward situation.

STEP 07

​The day has come! You have waited for it for so long and finally it's here, time has flown.. I want you to enjoy your wedding day, be excited of the new life ahead and only worry about the moment when you have to say just two little words - "I do"..

I will deliver and set it up your wedding cake just on time for your guests arrival. I will be coordinating with your wedding planner or a designated person to make sure that the cake is displayed at it's very best.

STEP 08

​At the last step of our journey together, I would really appreciate your feedback and kindly ask you to leave a testimonial for me and share some pictures of your amazing wedding! For that I will just need the name of your photographer, and I will contact him directly.
